Normal Distribution Generator

The normal distribution is frequently employed in statistical and data analyses. The majority of random number generators produce uniformly distributed numbers than span a continuum from minimum to maximum. However, researchers regularly need to produce a set of numbers that are normally distributed.

You can use this normal distribution generator to produce N normally distributed random numbers based on the mean and standard deviation.

How to use the normal distribution generator:

1. Complete the mean (M), standard deviation (SD), and number of values to be generated (N) fields.
2. Click on the "Generate" button.

The tool is programmed to generate a data set consisting of 50 values that is based on the standard normal distribution (mean = 0, standard deviation = 1). However, you can also input your own values.
